St. Andrews Property Team

The St. Andrews Property Team has one primary goal: Provide and maintain an inviting, flexible, and functional space for the St. Andrews community of faith. We will take a pro-active approach to this mission and not sit back and wait for bad things to happen before they get our attention. We will have a workday scheduled one Saturday per month as we did in 2011.

Major property initiatives for 2012 are:

• Repair the front steps of the church
• Develop a comprehensive plan for the church grounds that incorporates gardens, lawn, and trees.
• Monitor and manage water drainage from all church buildings.
• Complete the renovation of Kem Hall by repairing and painting the walls.

Key projects for 2012 are as follows:

• Repair and re-paint water damaged walls in lower level of educational wing.
• Clean out and re-claim existing storage space.
• Update the plumbing fixtures in all bathrooms.
• Repair or replace damaged light fixtures in educational wing.
• Complete installation of storm windows.
• Re-locate and aesthetically screen trash receptacles.
